If you have a sensetive issue that you would rather remain private please file a trouble ticket from the Control Panel on FA. We make a full attempt to respond to all tickets within 24 hours.

I believe that you'll be able to address tickets within 24 hours, but what should someone do in the hypothetical chance that their problem isn't resolved in a timely manner?

Hold tight. All admins will be checking tickets more regularly and we've been answering tickets at a much more reliable rate, and I'm requesting *ALL* admins follow up with tickets.
So, it shoulsn't be a wait anymore.

...and now I'm eating my words. Nearing the 48-hour mark! I wasn't even trying to test the system; I had a legitimate complaint.
The submission I reported was deleted not long after I made the report (by whom I have no idea), but I have yet to receive any notification from the admin team; not a "we took care of it", not a "sorry, the submission isn't there anymore so we won't be able to look into this user", nothing.
If someone HAS looked at my trouble ticket (or anyone else's) and found themselves unable to take immediate action, they least they could do is say "hey I saw this give me a day or two to make a decision" so that I at least know it's been noticed. And if my ticket hasn't been reviewed yet, then... well. Hooray for promises you can't even keep for three whole days.
Thx guyz

Does this mean the trouble ticket thing is working? Sorry, really not trying to be smart-ass or anything, just thought I'd read somewhere that there had been a problem with the system.
If not, awesome, and good work, you guys rock, all that good stuff ^_^

The system not working was just hearsay, it's been working, but it still takes time to cover all the little things that crop up around here. :p

Do you want them to give you a gold star?

Do I want them to give me a gold star for reporting harrassment AGAINST MYSELF?
That statement might be appropriate if I were being a "good samaritan" and pointing out someone else's problem. In this case, someone was harrassing me directly AND using my artwork without permission.
No, I don't want them to give me a fucking gold star, I want them to actually pay attention when people make reports of harrassment.

My trouble tickets are getting lonely now.

Might I suggest that some people use these more? I mean I am seeing a few users getting really ticked off at the publicizing of some issues and it gives some people some unnecessary grudges.

So I think my trouble ticket has been open for 2 or 3 months and has no reply? Do these get resolved without being replied to? If so, how do I know when to close my ticket?
Edit: It's been open since May 6th.
