I came back to this thread but I do not have enough evidence of what you are saying. Can you please provide links to the originals?

what i am saying is that the first page on Playfullion has not user created avatar and has spammed with multiple scenes from the avatar it falls under the Second Life part of the AUP.i just went through the gallery and i saw a lot of violations in there with a avatar which i do not think was user created.

All evidence I can find on SL suggests that his avatar is unique.

Please provide proof that this avatar was not made by him (preferably pictures of a vendor in SL owned by someone else)

How do you know that it isn't unique then, if you don't know who made it?

i looked at the avi.
it looks like something from Luskwood Creatures.

the ears and style of the avatar period is a dead give away its gotta be a Lusky.

No...not really looks nothing like the luskwood bunny seen here
http://www.screamingbee.com/webimage/alias/furry/Bunny-Female.png

seems more like an Aventity rabbit seen here:

A friend of mine has that same avatar with the ears up vs floppy and that's the vendor look just like the persons ava throughout the gallery except the floppy eared version

Ah, links. NOW we're getting somewhere. It really should be mandatory to include links for violation reports.

Thanks badkittyamy

Ah, links. NOW we're getting somewhere. It really should be mandatory to include links for violation reports.

Links are not always necessary to confirm a violation, this would be why staff only requests them at times they would help look into and resolve the violation report.

On the other hand/paw, staff has made it mandatory that comments in the violation report threads be those that would help towards looking into matters, and not trolling / opinion spam about the OP being wrong in some sense for reporting.

However, I really can't see how they could solve harassment without some evidence of proof. IE, a link.

Noone really follows the rules here. Including the rules!

But yeah, really hard to prove any sort of theft without having a place it was stolen /from/.

aww, are you picking on me? is it because you are not as cute as i am in SL? maybe caus ei wont let you in my family?
perhaps its cause you condemn pedophiles and cubfurres, but you tried `to yiff my cubfurre and i called you out.
perhaps its causei got tired of all the whining and self loathing and decided if you aint gonna try to improve, then i not gonna listen.
whatever it is, perhaps if you got a problem with me, you take it up with me.
thank you
bye bye now :)

for the record ;) none of my pics are from SL. just made to simulate that.

That's not SL?

http://www.furaffinity.net/view/985268/
Nor that? The avatar is clearly the one I linked are you really trying to say you made those models to have access to them outside of SL?

Here you even STATE that it is SL

Just because you throw a filter on a pic doesn't mke it NOT a sl screenshot.

ETA: This journal antagonizing dragonfan for reporting and claiming if banned will just ban evade anyway

Wow. Fail.

actually i will admit one thing.
tho these images all clearly violate the AUP due to the no posting pictures of avatars you did not make i think the ffort in making them look like art is really great anmd believe they should be allowed to stay.

it takes skill to tkae a picture in sl and do what this person is doing to them.
its more the filters.
they are all artistic and somewhat very unique in my opinion.

It doesn't take much skill at all to snap a photo in SL, and even less to slap a Photoshop filter on them.

thats not what i meant.

its the way each filter is being used.
have you noticed how each image is different.

the artist goes as far to make the image different.
sides i rather like these edits they are intriguing

I will remove the images as they violate TOS, as for the issue of harassment I will refer this to the administrators.
