So long as the person drew the pictures in the first four, they should be theoretically okay. The last one linked is a violation as she's ripping character art and sprites from Pokemon and GuiltyGear.

Team Girasol is his, if I'm not mistaken, thus the first four fall under the "for you" clause. The moveset template is just that, a template (although he didn't give credit to its creator).
