The counting method has been replaced, script execution timeouts when nuking or removing new submission messages removed.
The whole thing uses transactions now, so the chances of new submission counters skewing again due database errors are reduced to minimal.
The re-count takes in account your "view adult art" switch and the administrative mature lock, making sure it actually returns the number of submission you /can/ see.
However, due the specifics (more like limitations) of the current message dispatching system FA uses, people who have their adult switch turned off, or were blocked out of viewing mature art /will still/ receive new submission messages, even thou they will not see them. Removing any image, however, triggers the re-count which will update the database with correct number of messages.
This is a fix for new submission messages only, more to follow soon.
