Yiffstar forums hellaciously slow

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but are the Yiffstar forums under DoS attack or something? For the past several days, every time I try to go there, it takes like 5-10 minutes for it to load or respond to commands and whatnot. Anyone else having this problem?

I don't know where their servers are located, but if it is anywhere near here (the Bay Area, California) then it is probably because internet service keeps getting knocked out in huge chunks due to this storm. My internet was down for the last 20 something hours :(
