Have you ever found yourself in a position where you think to yourself; I need more sofas?

Impulsive the youth, it drives them to prove they know what's better.
But we know the truth, the wisdom is proof it comes much later.
Falling down is a pain that's earned. Knowing now, it was all lessons learned.
For a virtuous world.
Hey! I hope I am posting in the right spot... forums are my weakness. Anyways. Is there a place that lists what banners fa is going to be looking for and submission dates for when they need to be done as well as how to submit them?
So, what is your favorite band or musician?
Who is classiest of them all on FaF?
Burger King or Mcdonalds?
Also, when attending a local bowling meet, I saw a girl with a buffalo hat who was shorter than me and seemed to have the same body shape as Deo but it was totally someone else and I was so embarrassed. It's because I'd never seen anyone wear a hat like that before...

What's your thoughts on the whole "Doomsday 2012" scenario? Do you think the world is going to end; will there be an event that significantly changes the way we look at the world? What do you think will happen?
both make me physically ill, and bummer
I will admit, every year when it comes to december I fear the worst. I see the end of the days on my calendar and I panic. I stock up on toilet paper, clean water, and canned food and I prepare the basement for the inevitable end of the world.
Then someone hands me a new calendar and I breathe a sigh of relief.
I think this will be similar to that. Hopefully this time the mayan's give us a calendar with kitten pictures.
My compliments for the "adult" picture of Gibby and Smelge's block character!
Between German and French, which would you choose?
Do you have to deal with procrastination on a daily basis?
Edit: Have you ever seen something cute that has no eyes? If not, do you think such a thing is possible?

GLORIOUS FUCKING TURNIPS ON GLORIOUS FUCKING TURNIP FARM
If me and say, dragonfurry were in a room together, and you had to choose which on of us would be stuck with horrible toe hair for the rest of our lives, who would you choose?
So, I saw your thread you made about when your no longer yourself and incorporated zombies. How would think someone would turn into a true "zombie"? Like some virus that controls your brain and makes you extremely aggressive cannibals? (You know, like resident evil 4).
German. I'm better at germanic languages.
yes, lots. I'm here now
yes indeed, blind fish
take the bullet out, drink a lot, play russian roulette till the stranger notices there are no bullets
you for bringing it up.
Via a series of drugs which first mimic a death like state, then cause a stupor in the individual so that they operate in shuffling, semi concious manner in which they have no individual thought.
You know, like how the word zombie actually came to be.
Better for some, worse for others. I think we are going to have an overall and there will be more defense for personal civil liberties and a change in a lot of policy.
Speaking of that, did you ever get a chance to read the book The Serpent and The Rainbow? It was about a journalist (IIRC) that went to Haiti to investigate all the stuff about zombies and found out that it was mostly due to dried puffer fish skin that was ground up into a powder. It along with the individual being buried alive with little air is what caused brain damage in the 'zombie' that the boker and their assistant would dig up from their grave the following night (it would suck for the 'zombie' if your family went for cremation).
I'm not sure it can be reverse per say but it would be much better then them wondering the jungle or slaving away (literally since the WHOLE PURPOSE of zombies were to make the victim into a mindless slave) on some asshole's plantation. Sure, they're quality of being is much worse then what it was but at least their family still has their loved one more or less.

That's the Wiki link. It's really interesting stuff.
Hmm...looks like according to the article you can recover from it after a month or two of the initial dose as long as the bokor doesn't keep feeding it to you. Also, looks like (again, according to the article) that some might build up a brain barrier to the toxin.
Ah, here we go:
"Clairvius Narcisse was declared dead on 2 May 1962, and yet in 1980 returned alive to his home village of L'Estère in Haiti. After investigating reports of "zombis" (including Narcisse and a handful of others), researchers believed that Narcisse received a dose of chemical mixture containing tetrodotoxin(pufferfish venom) and bufotoxin (toad venom) to induce a coma which mimicked the appearance of death. He was then allowed to return to his home where he collapsed, "died" and was buried. The Canadian ethnobotanist Wade Davis, who did the research on tetrodotoxin [1] explains how this would have been done. The bokor (sorcerer) would have given Narcisse a powder containing the tetrodotoxin through abraded skin. Narcisse fell into a comatose state, closely resembling death which resulted in his live burial.[2] His body was then recovered and he was given doses of Datura stramonium to create a compliant zombie-like state and set to work on a plantation. After two years, the plantation owner died and Narcisse simply walked away to freedom.
It was explained that Narcisse had broken one of the traditional behavioural codes and was made into a ‘zombi’ as a punishment; when questioned, Narcisse told investigators that the sorcerer involved had ‘taken his soul’. [3] The instigator of the poisoning was alleged to be his brother, with whom he had quarreled over land.[4] After his apparent death and subsequent burial on May 2, 1962, his body was recovered and he was given a paste made from datura which at certain doses has a hallucinogenic effect and can cause memory loss. The bokorwho recovered him then forced him, alongside others, to work on a sugar plantation until the master's death two years later. When the bokor died, and regular doses of the hallucinogen ceased, he eventually regained sanity (unlike others who had suffered brain damage from hypoxia while buried alive) and returned to his family after another 16 years, after finding his brother had died.[4]"
