Rave : OMG I Love Suiting!!!!

I just had an awesome day saturday. my Shasta Partial got his debut at the town dogwood festival. This was my first time wearing my partial outside the house and He never got one bad reaction.

I couldnt believe all the people that wanted to hug him and how many smiles he was creating. One 2-3 yearold kid kept leading me around to every dog he liked in the dog show that was taking place there. priceless. I posed in so many pictures at the carnival. lol

A gal dressed up like a butterfly kept dragging me to the stage to dance with her (had to watch the overheating there)

It was in the 50s most the day so I was able to keep the head on for over a couple hours with water breaks.

I even went into a mc donalds and ordered a burger and fries and was mobbed by a group of girls wanting to pet me. the cashier was familiar with the fandom and was so exited to meet a furry in person.

95% of the time I used a squeaker in my right paw as speech. (dont squeak around dogs, lol)

It's reasons like this I want a fursuit, but I know I wouldn't get nearly as positive reactions in my town.

I would never let my kids close to a fursuiter personally, especially if it's wearing shorts, seen way too many murrsuits.

I lol'd at the Dogwood part. (Ithey're actually a pretty tree <3 the neighbor across the street has one, lovely to look at in full bloom )

Anyway, on topic: It sounds like it was pretty fun, and a little hectic. It's nice to see that everyone had a good time (including the random restaurant-goers).
