Banned?

i was just banned for 21 days for "illegal activity" the same day i had a journal removed for "illegal activity" and i offered a long explanation on how it is legal and i was told to create a trouble ticket
than after that i was BANNED?

im not sure what i did that was in any way illegal

all software i produce stay 100% within us federal law and are for learning purposes only and have several complicated safe guards to protect against misuse

i dont advocate, produce or endorse any illegal content and i want to know what law i broke as i cant find anything in any of my cashed journals or my gallery that show any clear violations of any standing law

i received no warnings or questions about the content of my page nor have i ever received a single complaint

please just tell me what law i broke

EDIT: my lawyer or legal adviser review all software i upload or sell and have previously verified the legality of submissions to my websites including my account on FA when anything that might be concidered controversial is noted so i have to conclude that this was a mistake or a misinturpration of the law ... id like to clarify any unclear laws
and isn't 21 days a bit harsh for a crime im not even aware was committed? no warning or cease and desist note informing me a law was broken and illegal content needs to be removed?

I'm not an admin by any means...hmmm looking at your FA page, you seem to spout the fact that you're a hacker and have made exploitation software. Don't think the admins on FA approve of this, regardless of the legality of it. Yup >>. Just speculation, that's all.

production of open source exploitation software is vital in securing systems
if they have read the disclaimer on any of the download links (and i hope they did) it clearly states the software is only posted 30 days after contacting the producer of the software explaining the exploit that is a cursory and beound what the law requires to prevent any legal issues or angering the software producers

im a hacker but im an ethical white hat hacker who remains inside of US law and i pride my self on the fact that i make a legal income doing what i love and if they dont like it they could have simply said so and asked me to remove it and out of respect i would have done it without a fuss

Actually not banned, suspended. You've been given a timout from FA for repeatedly posting content that goes against the AUP of the FA site. Period. Full stop. Do not pass go, do not collect $200 CanadianTire dollars.

I'm not the admin of record in this case. But we don't typically comment on the nature of the infractions publicly on FAF. Suffice to say that its not limited to the publishing of warez, hacks and cracks.
