It's "muy bien". "Bueno" is an adjective, "bien" is an adverb, and the idiom goes like that as well, though "bien"'s acting like an interjection of approval here.
"¿Sí?".
"Muy bien", or "Bueno", or "Claro", or "Por supuesto", or "De acuerdo" (depending on the context). NOT "Muy bueno".

Ah! Yes, I see.
The trouble is that most schools have a mandatory second language, and since Spanish is more commonly used, it is often the choice for students over the usual German and French. These other classes find themselves very thin, and get cut when funding goes down the drain, leaving Spanish as the only choice left. Classes then get far too overcrowded, teachers burn out quickly, and grades fail as quickly as overall positive attitude.
Such is the way of American public schooling.

My lower back and every major joint in my body is sore and I can't do anything more strenuous than typing with my left wrist without it spazzing out. (turning a steering wheel was too strenuous.) Only thing I can link it to is not really getting enough sleep last night; although that doesn't explain the wrist since it's actually malfunctioning instead of just sore.

My school forced us to take Spanish class, and the teachers did a very half assed job (I learned more from being with my parents than being in a class).

I remember watching an episode of something on PBS regarding these bodies, I'll see if I can't dig it up, so to speak. It really is fascinating. If I remember correctly, the bodies were preserved so well, that even their fingerprints, nails and eyelashes were perfectly intact in most cases.

Aetius: Same thing here with English classes, only the teachers were generally competent. That, and English feels much easier than Spanish.
