My dog is sleeping next to my bed. He keeps smacking his lips every five minutes or so. I hate the sound of smacking lips, but he looks so relaxed and he almost never comes up to my room so I don't want to wake him up.

It's the one Milo talked about a while ago.
1. Download AppLocale and install it with a right click and 'Troubleshoot Compability' (if you're not using XP).
2. Download the fantastic fan-made game installer (you can try this mirror but it really doesn't work for me).
3. Set your locale to Japan in the Control Panel -> Time, Region and Language Settings. Reboot the computer.
4. Install the game.
5. Open the game .exe with AppLocale.
That's how I got it to work. Apparently, you can only date the Dragon, Husky, Wolf and the Tanuki in English as of now. :I

It's a colaboration, like Lizzie said, and also really popular among the kemono fandom (japanese furry fandom). It's also a dating sim.
