Back on topic of what I was talking about last night about politics about Obama's support of gay marriage.
Wow, the republicans have already argued it into the ground. In only a couple of days they took what could have won Romney the presidency and ran it into the ground.. What a bunch of dumbasses. Yeah it could have made Obama lose the election and right after Romney was in fact ahead and had the election been held then he could have won.
Tl:dr; The republican party took what could have won Romney the general election and beat it to death as soon as the race started... that was dumb of them.

The Federal Reserve, trying to base whether or not they were effective in helping the recession...some say it's terrible and has statistics showing failures, others show that most analysts approve of it...a bit of a headache, I have two days to write everything and list sources.
Also, there is an ad. What the fuck. I'm trying to listen to Liszt: Instead I'm getting dancey tunes and a gossip line, and these aren't mild commercials, they are idiotic and the length of infomercials...
Whatever. Just take things one step at a time, I guess.

I think that, in cases like those, the best thing is just to choose whichever side convinces you the most, or just a middle position, taking arguments from both in accordance to your knowledge and what the textbook says. Or if you're not sure from either... then God help you find a position.
Side-note: the dialogue in the Sonic games is positively terrible. At least Starfox has all those narmy and quotable lines, this one's just incredibly redundant.

I'm in english class, but yeah, I'm trying to take a "The economy improved, but the Federal Reserve wasn't the sole cause" stance.
It's just a headache, I was supposed to be done researching last week but I'm not even half way through the research half of things. Draft is due Thursday, final copy due next monday which is also problematic because I have a rehearsal for a concert I'm soloing in during that time.
At least everything is set up now; I've got a few sites to reference at the least and will get at least to the required 6 or 8 by Thursday if I work on this and the budget project only whenever I'm home, and I"ve got a late start school day so I'm going to wake up earlier than usual and spend the morn studying and working.
class is almost over though.

Found someone giving away a standalone air conditioner on CL that is supposedly in working condition. Emailed them an hour ago and no response yet. I certainly hope I get it because A) it's free, and B) both my mother and I have zero heat tolerance, so this might just improve the quality of life during the impending summer heatwaves.
