Looking for Quotes on TAILS!

So I'm planning on attending Oklacon this year, and I think having a tail would just make the experience more fun!

I'm looking for estimated prices from some of you lovely builders, to see if anyone thinks it's doable, and how much they think they'd charge!

The tail would be based off of http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8476409/ but of course it doesn't have to be EXACTLY perfect to the T.

I'm really hoping to get some response. I'd adore to have a tail for this character, but I have no idea the price range I'm looking at as most of the costume makers I watch don't appear to do individual stuff.
