Why are larpers and furries grouped togather... this. Well I guess it was that good of a movie, I heard people actually kill themself over the fact that AVATAR isn't real... or was that just a guy in japan who died after watching the movie?

I was waiting for them to come accross some D&D larpers, and the D&D guys would just laugh and call them a bunch of nerds. XP

If they came across D&D LARPers, it'd be a bloody mess if they decided to have a battle - I know LARPers who use real gear :S

Noting that most Na'vi in the film don't have facial hair (if any at all), the guy with the blueish beard looks really damn weird.

The more I see of these parodies and jokes about the movie, the more I hear about it, the LESS I wanna see it.
I thought it looked stupid when I saw the adverts for it. Even if it was a decent movie, the people that are obsessed like this (I know this video was fake but there are enough people who are gaga over it who will do things like this) are making me just disgusted. The movie was gorgeous, standard Cameron fare. The acting was tolerable, not great. The STORY blew chunks.

Seems like a 'mockumentry' to me, but it wouldn't surprise me at all if it were real. There's far better ways to get out there and enjoy nature that don't involve dressing up like a smurf.

Even better than coming across LARPers, would if they came across proper re-enactors.

I honestly do not understand some of the comments here.... What is the difference between them and when Fursuiters are at cons? Some of the comments that are made in the video are some of the same things I have heard from Furries. Fake or real, a made for video gag or real RPG...I say...go for it and do what makes you enjoy life! }:=)
