What is the difference?

Both cost money, and the Rapid Rover is an independent group that's cheaper. =3

Okay. After calling Rapid Rover, there is no need to schedule the trip from the airport in advance. Just go to the Ground Transportation Services counter after picking up your luggage, and dial 21 on the courtesy phone.
