I am satisfied with that answer, and it made my efforts here feel at least slightly personally rewarding. And yes, I know I mean fuck-all to all y'all. I am just glad to have had this thread ended (to me) on a mature note that it was a decision they didn't want to have to make. Which I believe: how many years have butthurt furries been whining about how cub should be banned, and yet they kept us on board because us cubbies have friends on the site... friends who may not even be remotely interested in cub? How many years have they ignored the protests that "fake fantasy kiddie porn" (never minding the fact I beg to differ on that, because I am always the "so called" "cub" in question whenever I fap to it) = child porn?

I basically proved the point that the people in charge of FA have been very understanding and generous. All the cub lovas that are crying about it and hating on the FA staff need to grow up. So are all the furries who are gloating about the fact.

I wasn't sure how to express that, or if my understanding of the FA staff was correct, although I strongly suspected it was (for the aforementioned reason they kept us on board for as long as they have).

So... on that note: thank you Summer. You finally brought closure to what I, at least, was trying to get at.

actually im not throwing a single word outta proportion just dicussing the possibility of said TOS just saying all these we do not want these things and yet TOS does not fully specify them which kinda makes it possible for if people were to sue them for abusing the legality of it for not fully explaining it in the whole TOS that isnt discrimination.
it all boils down to are they so greedy that they are willing to risk losing money over this or over not fully explaining things so everyone understands and not risk it entirely.
