Considering cub porn is on a very fine line between legal and illegal in pretty much every corner of the modern world, you're pretty off-base here. It's exactly because laws prohibit the depiction of minors in sexual situations that led to this inevitable event in the first place; It will only repeat again and again until FA runs out of benefactors, and believe you me, people like you aren't going to keep FA afloat single-handedly without a way to donate.

You can very clearly tell what is drawn to be a small adorable child versus what is drawn to be a character of a video game, but at a legal age.

I'm gonna assume that means "make the character look 18 or older". Tall, mature body, etc.

Consider this: Cats and dogs. They generally reach adulthood between 2 and 8 years.

If someone went for something realistic, using that age scheme, would they violate the rules?

I'll probably get ripped apart for this, but it needs to be said for the sake of my argument: I like cub porn.

I do, but I also think this is a good thing for FA. Yes it sucks for all the artists who now have to remove all their art, and find somewhere else to host them. Yes it sucks for the admins who now have to suffer all the backlash. And it sucks for people like me, who do actually enjoy the art (and it is art, even if it's sexual in nature.)

But that is a sacrifice I am willing to make, to preserve something that has helped to unify and grow the furry art community.

My POINT IS AlertPay refused to make an appeal according to Dragoneer. OTHER companies also rejected him due to the other content on the site. In this tight situation. Dragoneer is in a tight bind therefore. if nothing will be done and we find no company for financial issues. Then it could be the end for FA unless ALL porn in general is banned which will make just about everyone on the site leave and relocate.

No, but I know how FA staff is. There are quite a few who delete allowable content because they interpret the rules the wrong way.
