No, they don't. Try reading your constitution again, more carefully this time. You'll find it doesn't say what you think it says. The American constitution only guarantees that the government won't stop you from exercising your right to free speech. It says absolutely nothing about private entities. Private entities are perfectly able to bar free speech on their property.

I don't. The way I see it: if people aren't screwing kids, then there's no crime. With art - it is impossible to tell the reasons they have for liking the art they do.

Truth be known: snuff and rape art revolts the hell out of me... but I would NEVER beg and plead and whine to have it removed. They have as much of a right to represent themselves screwing the daylights out of a cadaver, in art, as I have the right to represent myself as a 3 year old looking character being cornholed. Yes: some creep might see it and have it float his boat, because he's a creep and would love to screw a child, whether it's fictitious or not.

I am assuming this DOES NOT refer to written work. I read the update and it states that "Adult cub art, or *images where the character age is specifically stated to be under 18 in a mature situation."

This was not altered!! Taken straight from the Cub Art policy!
