SoFurry, Inkbunny and a few other sites allow it, but they also accept AlertPay. I don't want to speak for them, but I will say that AlertPay as basically locked away a /very/ sizable amount of funding from us and told us to go away, and that they will not consider an appeal. At all.

AlertPay is a Canadian company, and Canada has much stricter rules on things that would even go hand-in-hand with cub-anything. So they're not going to fuck around, and... yeah.

With the new cubporn rules in place, after the grace period given to artists to remove their offending art, is there a solid chance of re-negotiating with Alertpay or another company, or has it hit the point where nobody will touch the site, and these are just the last rites here. Cos the thing about no appeals sounds pretty final.

Unless you are in the fandom or into erotica you don't normally even see such things, and when seen by so called normal business minds it's like a crime scene.

I honestly don't think any company in this age will openly link themselves to a site that has this content, and if they are they are unknowingly and if alerted will drop them too.

I know, but the point I wanted to get across was that the fandom should not try to give people yet another reason to dislike and ostracize us. We complain all the time about 'fursecution', well why not endeavour to clean up or alter certaint hings a bit and try to present a more respectable facade to the public?

I mean, just think if cub porn were picked up by the mainstream media. ALL of us regardless of whether or not we draw or like cub, would be branded as pedophiles.

Parents will think that the cubs in the sexual situations could be their children or that every fursuiter has their eyes on them wanting to do something malevolent. Lawmakers in every state would be stepping over themselves to introduce legislation to regulate FA and other sites like it.

Your constitutional rights are not being effected or oppressed by alert pay in any way. They are a private company, if they do not want to associate with FA because of the cub porn, that is their right. You are well within your rights to draw cub porn, you just can't post it on FA any more.

That link above said that another company managed to recover their seized $7000 through application of legal people. Is that an option in this case?

guys, this isn't a ban on cub, its a ban on calling things cub. See, I brought up this solution a while back and was ignored.
If you just draw what you want to draw and it doesn't look like a baby then they can't take it down, just don't call it cub, don't label it cub or put it in the keywords, just draw small cute little characters being sexy and we'll all be fine.

The word is what gets them, calling them specifically a certain age. So unless the cubs you draw look like real infant children then your off the hook as long as you don't mention an age

Just to be clear here, users that try and do this, to skirt past the AUP may find those images being deleted.
