Pretty much this, though everyone assumes that once it's reported it's automatically gone. iirc, the admins review the submission before making a decision.

Is it possible to setup your own donations-acceptance organization? I don't know much about tax legality involving something like this, but is it possible - to have a thing of your own where you wouldn't need to operate under the shadow of corporate rules and restrictions?

Just a thought. I take donations from my sites into my own accounts and then apply them to my savings. I then use the expenses incurred by the sites as a tax write off, balancing the donations I received against them. H&R Block says it's okay. FA is MUCH larger than what I run, but is it something which could work for you?

Also, IMO, it's kinda easy to tell the difference between a chibi and a cub.

Cubs are still proportionate, chibi's usually aren't or are somewhat exaggerated.

This, under the circumstances it was the best decision, but you say chibi is not banned. This raises the question as to how you will distinguish between cub and chibi as they are both designed as small and cute. I think there is going to need to be some specific criteria on this so there is no question as to what is acceptable and what isn't. I don't think anyone wants to see a gray area on a subject this serious and that is currently a big one as there are images one may consider chibi while another may consider cub.

As far as I've come to understand, anything that does not contain nudity or generally mature situations of cubs (such as suggestive positions) is fine.

As far as chibi, the rules seem to be fairly clear that any form of chibi, general or adult, is still perfectly acceptable.

Thus, however, is the question of how to determine the difference between the two, as a lot of users view them as one in the same. Does it all boil down to the artist's intent?
