What a good girl! <3
All the head scritches!!!
I wish I had pictures of "Svarteper", or "Black Pete" in English. He was my dad's cat and the biggest fucker I've ever seen. Rabid neghborhood angry dog? Cat gave zero fucks and fought it, taught it a lesson to never bark for no reason again. Two days later, they were playfighting. Weird, I know. I think he was a native Norwegian woodland cat. He was big.
Edit: Norwegian Forest cat. Not woodland. Derp.
My 2 Turtles
At least I don't have to be scared of furries masturbating to them... SCALIES ON THE OTHER HAND PLS DON'T...
As a turtle, I approve of these! <3
Love 'em all!!! I always wanted a hermit crab
Yup both of them, orginaly wanted painted, but when I was looking to adopt them a ban on selling turtle's was just put in place so I had to get what ever I could.
HOLY CRAP! This cat looks exactly like "Svarteper"!
Just supersize the fuck to the size of an entire living room table when he stretches, and there you go.
The bastard got fed everything from steak to salmon. I think he had mammoth genes, but I can't prove it. Was half the size of a German Shepherd.
Are they relatively low-maintenance? What is their diet like? The only reptiles I've ever had as pets have been lizards
I only got the crabs because I worked in a pet shop at the time and I felt sorry for them. They don't breed well in captivity, so all pet store crabs are wild caught. To make things worse, lots of sellers will force them out of their shells and make them go into painted shells, which can be toxic to them. They're high stress, so they die easy. And they're usually sold on a whim to owners who know little about their care. They're sweet little creatures and it makes me sad. I want to save them, but I don't want to support the industry. There are crab adoptions out there though.
Poor things! I always enjoy playing with them when I go to the beach.
They're sweet. I always liked caring for them at the shop.
The maintenance basically depends on how big of a water filter you have, I used to have a filter rated for the same size tank i have them in (90gal) but I would end up changing the water out completely each week, now i have a filter rated for a 400 gal tank and the tank never gets dirty, I just need to cleab the filter every couple of months and scoop out whatever the filter doesnt pic up every 1-2 weeks.
For diet they eat pretty much anything, I usaily just feed them pellets or make my own jello out of ground up greens and other staple foods. Only need to feed them every second day, but winter is coming so they start to hibernat and will stop eating in the next few weeks
I love German Shepherds.
Thanks for that. I lost two of my Shepherds within six months of each other. It was brutal...
Fuckin' hell, dude. That truly sucks. They are such a beautiful breed, too..
I used to have a cat but my dad got rid of it as punishment even tho we agreed to give the cat to someone else.
Kai, the actual retired k-9 was 13... old by shepherd standards. Molly was 6... ruptured spleen. Emergency surgery was more than she could handle...
