if you make an account on e621 you can set a "blacklist" of tags that you never want to see

Like for instance if you blacklist "horses" they would remove anything tagged "horses" from your searches

The forums and site are run by separate management. The forum crew generally has a more negative reaction to sexuality so the mods kind of crack down on it
