    His reason, as he stated, is that Russia considers Ukraine a part of Russia, that losing Ukraine after USSR fell apart is an embarrassment to Russia, and he wants to bring "Little Russia" back under the control of "Big Russia" before Ukraine drifts too far apart, or joins NATO and makes annexing it impossible. Him claiming "Nazis" is just an excuse for coming in to clean it up.

    It's the same excuse USSR used for decades, where it would accuse some country's government of being taken over by Nazis or fascists, and then coming in to "liberate" the people. As an ex-Soviet furry, I find it sadly ironic that furries picked up the habit too

    Obviously the most culturally different was Japan, but Iceland was very interesting too. European ones were great, but kind of expected with the culture and renaissance and history and stuff.

    I've done a pilgrimage in spain and purtugal, but that's about it so far. Hoping to try Europe in a couple summers though, and maybe Japan/Russia after that

    I "retired" from my job at 34 years ago, but that just means I'm doing my own business entrepreneur stuff. I run a number of businesses. Sometimes it's less work, sometimes it's much more work without weekends, but I'm doing what I line and what I feel needs to be done.
    So, yes, and no, since entrepreneurs are never really retired.

    Don't you get bored of entrepreneurship? There are many other challenges in life you could take upon, that are not related to money.

    I don't get bored of entrepreneurship because business isn't about making money, it's about solving problems. Money is just proof that you helped a whole lot of people.

    Rassah I was told you were the one who was going to pay to fix Red's tooth pain. I can't even express how happy it made me to hear that someone had done that for her. I saw the pain she was in. I was worried and felt helpless in the face of it, all I could offer was hugs and orajel.

    I don't even know how coherent this is, I just had to say something. Not only did you make her happy, you, by proxy, made the ones who cared about her happy. I can't express. Thank you.

    Yeah. Mr. Canal was infamous as being generally unsociable and reclusive, even when I was exposed to him 5+ years ago. I've been assuming all this time that he's still working on the Project he gave everyone a glimpse of. I think he's always had motivational issues, though, so I kinda wonder if he shouldn't have headed/joined a development team for some hugely awesome Project. Maybe his IRL is sucky? And always has been? I guess I really don't truly care, but I still hate to think of anyone on the skids, for whatever the reason...

    Been a while! He was one of the first Furry Artists I really liked. I think I even corresponded with him a bit about some of his works. Since you are a fan, What's he been up to in the last few years?
