Give it a shot! I suggest looking up tutorials for it though (I think Sycra has one, he's one of my fave youtube art teachers) but once I really learned how to use the program I had fallen in love with it. I still have yet to touch inking, but ahmg I can't stop sketching in it.
It's a damn sight cheaper than Photoshop! MS5 does a lot of things that PS does, but made primarily for artists rather than stuff like graphics designers or photographers. It's a little on the simpler side, too. Grate progrim, worth da moni.
