It's hard, but you can draw with a mouse or trackpad! It's a lot like drawing with a potato, lol, but with practice (and brush stabilizers), it's doable! You can also use line and curve tools, or use photo manipulation do create art! I can recommend Medibang, it's a really good free art program...

I don't think you get what a slur is. Slurs dehumanize marginalized groups and are a tool of oppression. Carelessly using them like that is inappropriate. It doesn't necessarily reflect the intelligence - or lack thereof - of the user, but it does give a pretty good idea of whether they care...

So, this is more of an unusual suit that I'm making, but I'm wondering - any tips? The suit is going to start out as just a head and maybe gloves. The head is a dragon with scaly skin - I'm planning to make a sort of balaklava out of that stretchy scaly fabric, then attack feathers or quills...
