Just wanted to say I think you do a great job of greeting the new members, asking them questions, and making then feel welcome and involved. It's really nice to see this. I try and keep up, but get distracted! Anyway, just wanted to say thanks, for helping others feel good.
You should probably post a link to your forum commissions post on your information page [Easier for people to see]
I never really cared for Big Mac because he wasn't that interesting. All he did was stand around and say "eeyup" all the time. But then they did that episode in Season 5 with him and Apple Bloom. That was the most beautiful thing I have heard on the show since it started airing, and it came from one of the quietest characters on the show!
I kind of got the idea that you were joking, so...it's cool.
Also, a friend of mine from school gave my pony plushies yesterday. She knew that I loved Twilight and Rarity, so that's who I got. I also got Cheerilee, but I don't know what to do with her. I'm not a particularly huge fan of her, and I don't know anybody who is (though between you, me, and anybody else who reads this, I do ship Cheerilee-Big Macintosh).
Zecora is an alien, huh? A friend of mine from school and I have settled on her being from a continent called "Zebrica". (Equestrian version of "Africa")
So unfortunately, Derpy speaking was not the surprise for. I'll put what surprised me in to my own words that I said when I saw it: "HOLY S***, STEVEN MAGNET LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!!"
I don't think have actually said where Zecora is from. Twilight basically said in Zecora's debut episode that she wasn't from Equestria, but that's about all she said.
I was so excited when I found out that Derpy was going to speak again. Funny story, I found out because a clip where she was speaking from the 100th episode leaked onto Youtube about a week before the episode was suppose to air.
Derpy is love, Derpy is life, Derpy is too adorable to be a background character. The main reason why I like Zecora is for the same reason why I like Gilda, she's unique. But nopony seems to know anything about her beyond what we know, and nobody knows where she came from. And I like Twilight mainly because I can relate to many of her stresses and struggles with life.
Oh wow, I didn't know you were in to MLP. Yeah, I am kind of wondering what Season 6 is going to be like too. I got feeling we'll be getting a new villain in Season 6, but who knows.
My favorite characters are (in this order) Zecora, Twilight Sparkle, Luna, Applejack, Rarity, and Gilda.
I do wish I had other furries to talk to, but it is just a matter of me getting out there. I don't want to force a friendship (because that's not how friendships work, we all know that), but I still wish I had a group of furries that I could talk to. I have other bronies to talk to, but I don't have any other furries to talk to. But I am still a furry at heart.
Actually there are a couple sections of highway near Savanna, Illinois that parallel the river, and the river looks absolutely beautiful. But Illinois is still kind of boring. I live in Galesburg, Illinois, which is a good sized city, but there's not much here.
My brother is no longer in North Dakota. This was a couple years ago, but he was in a small town north of Fargo.
it's really boring out here in Illinois. We have lots of railroad lines, lots of corn and soybean fields, a couple good sized cities like Peoria, and the Quad Cities down on the Mississippi River, and...well, not too much else to be honest.
Don't worry, we've had really bad winters in the past too. My brother had it worse, he spent about a year up in North Dakota helping to build power lines.
(I can't help but notice you are in Michigan. My grandfather lived in Dearborn, Michigan for several years, and my mother grew up in Livonia in the suburbs of Detroit. I have never been to Michigan, and in fact I have barely even left Illinois within the past couple of years. I would like to travel to England someday in the future.)
