I've been having the same issues. Maybe not "five minutes" but definitely way, way longer than usual to load images. Whereas they usually load in 3-5 seconds, I'm now having to wait 30 seconds to a minute for a single image to load. Both computers on our router are having the same problem.

Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they're just waiting until it's 3 or 4 AM EST before bringing the site back up so it doesn't get flooded again. That's what I'd do, anyway.. XD

Experiencing the exact same slowdowns as Erethzium. Though I did notice last night at around 3AM PDT it was blazingly fast. Hmmmm.

The site itself loads quickly for me. The images, however, are dog-slow to load. I'm talking 45 seconds to a minute whereas previously they'd load almost immediately.
