I appreciate special effects very rarely, but- Reign of Fire, Transformers, Super 8 and Pacific Rim in particular bored me. Yes, Pacific Rim. I'd seen Power Rangers season finales before, and they didn't take two hours.

Searched for Legendz DVD's while in Japan. Didn't find any, possibly because they're quite old. Also, there's some weird thing called Psycho-Pass that apparently had its own store. That and there was this show, Yokai Watch or something, that seemed fairly massive, that had... demon cats...or...

I was under the impression they were attempting realism; serial killers rarely have anything personal between them and their victims. That was pretty terrible, yes - annoyingly, had the characters behaved at all like humans, the movie should've been pretty good

Any chance of me watching Attack on Titan ended when I discovered people can recover from death. I don't care much for anime that take themselves seriously, anyway but it looks suspiciously like another "anyone can die, but that's only a tiny inconvenience for anyone who matters".

Tyranno decided to attempt massaging Mentova's back and shoulders using his stubby t-rex arms. Unfortunately, Mentova was a fox, which meant he wouldn't be satisfied with merely being massaged. Then some other stuff happened, of which none was appropriate for a PG-13 rating.

A t-rex was surrounded by anthropomorphic critters. The t-rex grew tired of the critters obsessions with old 80's & 90's tv shows. Suddenly, an avian creature of the rubber varienty appeared. And then, inexplicably, one of the anthropomorphic critters assumed some manner of Super Saiyan form...
