    Autism in The Fandom

I'm somewhere on the spectrum, and one of the furries I knew irl was too. I think autistic furries are most likely just a loud minority though, since it's probably their special interest.

Favourite FA artists? Looking for people to follow.

I'm only just becoming active in the furry fandom and very new to FA, so I'm looking for more people to follow. As far as furry stuff goes, I'm a big fan of Disney and Dreamworks movies, and anime like Aggretsuko, Beastars, Wolf Children and The Boy And The Beast. I love bright, cutesy, fluffy...

Beastars WTF are you doing furries?

I only started it recently myself but I'd still recommend it even if you aren't a furry. It's genuinely really good!

    “Keep Practicing”

Learn the basics of whatever you want to focus on, go out with a sketchbook to observe and draw from life as well as follow tutorials, use references, try to fix any bad habits that are holding you back like hiding the hands or something, and don't be afraid to experiment and make mistakes. Even...

    What inspired your fursona?

Rabbits have kinda been my motif for a while now. I just have a soft spot for them, plus they're quiet, lazy and their life is 200% anxiety which is a big mood.

    Howdy! I'm a new artist.

You can call me Cheri. I'm from Australia, I'm a digital artist, have a soft spot for rabbits and only just becoming active in the furry fandom. I'm more active in the anime/manga community and most of my art still tends to focus on humans and kemonomimi, but lately I've gotten really into...

Can't relate to human characters in movies and TV at all

I have no problem relating to human or non-human characters. It depends entirely on their experiences or personality for me, I guess. I can relate just as much to Yosuke from Persona as I can to Haida from Aggretsuko.

    Too many canids?

I have noticed an overwhelming amount of wolves and foxes, but they're cool animals and a lot of people are just very attached to dogs. You can still come up with fun and unique designs for them, so I don't see any real problem with it, but seeing other species is definitely refreshing.

How Did Your Journey As A Furry Begin?

I'm only just becoming active in the community, and my art still tends to focus on humans cause that's what I'm used to, but I'd like to branch out. I grew up adoring movies like The Lion King, Brother Bear, Kung Fu Panda, The Cat Returns, Wolf Children, etc. and I'd watch them over and over...
