I'd like to see some sort of size minimum added to the AUP in hope to raise the standard of submissions on FA. There's already a max size (that people constantly get around) but there's no minimum size. There would need to be exceptions for icon uploads, sure, but for the most part I think...

I sorta just re-discovered Songbird and it'd pretty nice (compared to what I saw when it first came out). I've also tried out Quintessential Media Player (QMP) for a while. VLC is pretty slim, but lacks smoothness. I sorta avoided Winamp after it was assimilated by AOL o_o; What do you use?

Okay, I can accept that about physical goods. But what about those examples (above), where people are uploading just to promoting some pay site? Just curious since you didn't really address that.

Although it's probably not a new idea, adding the ability to add user tags / user voting / warnings to submissions would probably kill this off. Perhaps some pre-selected ones that people could 'vote add'. Maybe something like "Censored", "SPAM", "Low Quality", etc. I donno.

Where does it end? Are people going to post pics about their car (or other completely non-furry related stuff) they are trying to sell? Or perhaps they'll start advertising for the company they have stocks in (they own part of the company so it potentially bypasses the 'by you / for you' thing)...

When it's co-operative stuff it's not that big of a deal, but this game is very competitive. But that doesn't change my points. It's going to be a waste of time to most unless they are willing to spend money on it (and that's just to make the game more balanced).
