If you like me to lend my experience in helping you customize the forum and fix issues, let me know. You technically shouldn't have broken smiles even with an import. (Note this may mean I need some access back-end hurrrrrrr) Either way you should be ok.
Which is what the Public Domain Enhancement Bill was trying to do.
Funny, both bills are trying to use Canadian models but people are screaming how evil it is.
So we're saying Canada is evil, or maybe the US holds more stupid people XD
It's still stupid.
But to clarify, to those who don't understand IRC - it's a /kill - it disconnects you from the server.
Kline bans you from the server, but Furnet works like a global, so a kline is just about like getting a gline. Which bans you from any server that's related to...
Do they have to be *furry* networks? I've seen other irc networks that don't have these kinds of problems. FA is a furry channel which is fine but I've talked with IRCops that are MUCH more reasonable than Furnet admins. I have one who idles on one of my channels and there is no problems.
Yes, and the biggest complaint is that you have admins enforcing a rule with a broken system.
"You need to mark that adult instead of mature"
"Why, a user who enables MATURE will receive both ADULT and MATURE submissions"
"Well non compliance means your submission will be deleted"...
Sadly there are better irc networks out there that could have a #furaffinity channel.

As for the original topic... that was my point in earlier posts, what people define as copying/"freehand trace" "eyeballing" etc... is going to...

But here's the "stupid version" (which unfortunately is not if you don't understand copyright law) for people who are obviously not assed to read the damn thread.
1. Characters are a combination of Copyright AND Trademark.
Why? Because you're...
Somewhat incorrect. There was a picture in which a guy used a rendered rendition of a photo of legs, both parties went to court and the guy who did an illustrated reference of such legs actually won the case. This has a lot more bearing and weight than "OMG YOU COPIED MY FURRY CHARACTER"
Case...
You need to look up that information on your own, and through the copyright/trademark offices. There isn't a generic answer to give you a quote on cost. This is due to usage of your character for a commercial purpose.
1. I do not just randomly click on links sent by people I do not know.
2. Tinyurl's TOS:
Terms of use:
TinyURL was created as a free service to make posting long URLs easier, and may only be used for actual URLs. Using it for spamming or illegal purposes is forbidden and any such use will...
Considering the fact Eevee himself also bitched about the artwork floods by other known artists. I hardly see how he can now NOT read and comprehend what I'm saying about a way to produce a middle ground for those who don't want to see submission floods at once by the same artists. It just leads...
