I don't see how comparing civilians dieing in war to civilians dieing in a car crash relates. Civilians die in car crashes due to either mechanical failure of the vehicle or someones stupidity. People die in war because the government declares war, People don't declare a road accident do they...

Unfortunately though, innocent people end up getting caught up in war, even though the war is not directed at civillians. Oops sorry Nargle.
