You can make your own suit. I did. The most expensive part is the fur. I don't sew, but I cut out the pattern shapes in the fur and made the head and footpaws myself. The rest was just a sewing job that I paid a friend to do. The head was built on a kickboxing head gear. It's really nice...

No. Only about 20% of Furries have fursuits. Fursuiting is not for everyone. It's expensive, hot, exhausting, and frankly a lot of bother. However, for me anyway, the rewards are worth it.

Really nice. Here's a little trick I learned. If you have a sewn seam that you don't want to show, you can take a dental pick and "lift" the fur fibers that got trapped by the sewing process. they will hide the seam. It takes a while and it takes patience to do it.
