All you need to do to make it past that room is use the gun guy and shoot the arms and they'll be destroyed. And that's the third level, but that would go under the hardest boss thread. I hated that fucker, took me forever to make it past him.

Do what feels right to you, don't worry what others may think because of it. Make yourself happy. I was confused not to long ago and finally found my answer cause I took my time and thought about it, the answer will come to you if you just think about what really would make you happy.
