PETA can and does. They don't really like exposing this part of their agenda. They spout platitudes about animal rights and animal safety, but in reality, they want a complete separation of humans and animals.
You might have mentioned that at one time in the past, now that I think about it. I'm just a derpy ol' Sabertooth sometimes that worries about his Furry friends.
Do you know what conventions he went to? I may be able to talk to other con presidents/chairs to find out some information for you. They would have his personal information, and while they wouldn't just share it with you, they could contact him directly if he is tracked down.
