I am not even sure anything would survive being brought to the surface. Ok there is still china wear in a whole condition, but I am not sure if anything would survive coming to the surface. The ship itself is more or less part of the environment, but items inside the ship can be salvaged.

Museums would also want to pay a fortune to get some artifacts.
