New OC have really fine tune Pen control. I noticed Painter can only do 1pixel for example but OC can go much smaller. I know a lot of people use it for sketching/inking even if a bit tedious if you don't know how to do it. I even tend to do my sketching in OC versus Painter because of the pen...
