Yeah XII has been pretty easy up too where I'm at. I just beat Dr cid which I heard he was supposed to be a hard boss but beat him on my first try so I'm very disappointed so far with the difficulty but must finish it.

I can cook pretty well just don't really like to. I've never tried baking but if I can cook I'm pretty sure I could bake a few things.
