Wet food does often give cats the runs, but it's inevitable if you make a rapid change from hard to wet. Well.. that's pretty common with a rapid change from diff. brands of hard food too.

I feed both. I feed hard to one of my cats and wet to the other. The "other" cat had dental surgery so he doesn't have his molars. He still tries to eat hard food but pukes it up later cause he can't chew it :\ Fatty first cat munches down all the wet food so I gotta pick it up after gummy cat...
