Well there are several oekaki at kemonoart.org and there is also oekaki.studiokemono.net (new) I know barachan has an oekaki on her site as well. I have some event files in my OC directory but they're not all work safe :P

If you can find OC event files or go to various oekaki boards, you can also kinda find a methodology that works for you as well because of style differences. Some oekaki have animations so you can watch.
