I agree with Dave on this one, it's just similar to the ban user from userpage feature (that doesn't work) on FA. You can also use /ignore on IRC instead of having to involve admins into trival matters.

Mybb is similar to Vbulletin, I believe banned is an editable usergroup so that you can remove tags like the red font, and "banned" as a title.

I noticed the "Is Watching" field up which is fine, but I'd like to know if you can make it optional for the user whether they'd like to let others who who they are watching. Personally, I'd prefer it because I feel there is enough icon clutter as is.
