Hell no, it's a fun game. Most self-respecting guitarists can distinguish between skill in the game and skill in reality, so they don't get all defensive when someone says "I can play [blank] on ekshpurt!" /But I do recommend playing the real thing...

I love the Halo series. I used to be addicted to the story for a while - the books, HBO (no, not the TV station), shit-tons of speculation. However, when looking at single-player replay value, HL2 takes the cake. /Halo series still kicks so much ass for multiplayer.

I remember one time, my old Windows machine aborted my render for some odd reason (something with the CVS version of the renderer I was testing). The dialog popped up, and I just yelled back, for absolutely no reason, "Yeah, well, you're adopted!" /I really don't know.

Feh, they're both fun to play IMO. I think I'd pick HL2 juuuust a bit over the Halo games, though. I seem to have more fun with it. /Sure, gravity gun is lolphysics //FUN lolphysics! :D

Another tiny note on why I like Apple a bit more: OS X - $129 or 5 for $199 (same household) iWork (Apple's Office equivalent) - $79 or 5 for $99 (same household) Plus, I can have my Logic Pro and Final Cut Studio. :D /Animation student
