I've never done a digitigrade suit, but I've seen others where they put cloth around the foam and velcro it to the inside of the fursuit. That way it is removeable for cleaning.

I recommend you either wait, or buy enough fur to do a full suit as well. @A Minty cheetah is right about the fur not matching. A lot of times they will change dye lots or even discontinue a fur completely.
