Rush mode is the best. Killing all the recon noobs is awesome and if your team sucks and is full of recon noobs you can 1 man army it. Also nothing is more fun then being a combat engineer and drilling snipers in the back of the head while they are glued down their scopes.

Rush mode or GTFO. Also fallout is an RPG, not an action game. When you lvl up you kill shit better.
