I wouldn't think that making a bat wing would be that difficult. I thought you were talking about a bird wing at first. There is an old addage for fursuit makers. Every fursuit maker makes one bird in their career... ONE. I would just start checking around with the different makers.
It reduces sound by about 40% to 50% in my experience. I do know fursuiters that are completely deaf, however, and they do fine. If you are worried about it, use a handler until you get used to wearing your suit. Good luck.:)
Maybe you could melt and mold the stylus to fit into the hoof. I suggest you go to a thrift store. You can maybe find a stylus there on the cheap to experiment with.
