Yes. I got it confused with the fencing version. The thrusting weapons were only really effective against armor joints though and armor fell out of use with the inception of firearms.

If you noticed my post, I didn't say just animals with human characteristics. With Furries, the main thrust is non-human animals, including extinct, legendary, and fantasy beasts.
