I don't know that much about fashion either, but what you are really looking for is "signature" clothing that makes your characters stand out. Like in Scooby Doo, each character has their trademark look.

I suggest you go to a small con first, unless you are going with a group. It is harder to actually make friends at a larger con because if you meet someone, you might never see them again for the rest of the con.

I sometimes make my own bubbles of climate controlled air, but when I do, nobody is fine.:eek:
