It was the thread 'neer hit the hard delete button instead of hitting reply. The continuation from the thread is still going on, basically he said the reason why they don't want to add more coders is cause on of their guys wanted to do it all on their own, and ended up causing all the good ones...

There was a thread earlier this month where 'neer came on and said a ex-staff member treated all the other coders like shit.

Well at least now we know who to blame *cough* asshole ex-staff member who caused the other coders to quit *cough*.
