Well a full bio sheet would be one that lists basic info (name, sex, age, etc.) physical appearances, personality, likes/dislikes, and so on a so forth A more basic bio has basic info and physical appearances

Unless you already have an idea of what your 'sona looks like, writing a bio sheet helps, but even there I guess you need to have a design in mind Or develop as you go (like me) Even now, parts of Willow are "underdeveloped"
