Oh... sorry. Tails aren't too hard to make. Just try to be sure the seam is on the underside. You sew it inside out then reverse it, stuffing it as you go. You can put a couple of nylon belt loops in the top for attachment. If you sew, it isn't too hard. You just taper the lion tail a bit...
My neighborhood has blackouts, too. In the past month, we've had at least four. They keep working on it bit it doesn't seem to get any better. Takes win when no one actually reads this post.
