An 8 ounce pan seared filet mignon with mushroom red wine sauce and crumbled blue cheese on top with steamed asperagus with melted butter and a lemon wedge on the side. Also served with some freshly baked dill bread with herb butter and a nice chilled bottle of Merlot.
